Samriddhi Realty operates across three connected areas: real estate advisory (helping buyers evaluate and shortlist verified residential projects), construction (residential and government contracting execution across Delhi NCR), and interior design (turnkey fit-outs for homes bought through us). Very few real estate advisors also run active construction sites — we do, and it shapes how we evaluate every project we list.
We are not a channel partner working exclusively for any single developer. Every project on this site is checked against public RERA filings, and we flag uncertainty rather than publishing unverified numbers. Our goal is that buyers get an honest, independent second opinion before making a decision this size — not just a sales pitch dressed up as advice.
